Future Plan
Kanta Education and Social OrganisationExpanding Programs on Women's Empowerment
We have future plan to expand programs on women’s empowerment by integrating more training subjects into our Self-Help Groups (SHGs). We aim to increase the number of SHGs and training sessions to reach out to more women, fostering a strong and independent community. Through these efforts, we aspire to empower women with the skills and resources needed for self-sufficiency and success.
Increase School Enrollment
We aspire to increase student enrollment in our school by implementing outreach programs and community engagement initiatives and also integrating the National Education Policy for educational growth. Through targeted efforts, we aim to attract more children to our institution, providing them with quality education and opportunities for growth. By expanding our reach, we seek to create a vibrant learning environment that nurtures the potential of every child in our community.
Women Skill Development (Swa-Nirman Initiative)
We believe every woman holds the power to transform her own life — and her community. Through the Swa-Nirman Initiative, women from Self-Help Groups receive hands-on financial literacy training, leadership mentoring, and access to sustainable livelihood opportunities. We walk alongside them as they move from dependency to dignity, building the confidence and skills needed to stand independently, earn meaningfully, and inspire the next generation around them.
School Readiness & Learning Support
Starting school is a big moment — and we make sure every child is truly ready for it. Through structured, age-appropriate learning methods, we help young children develop foundational skills, emotional confidence, and the curiosity to grow. Our programs ease the transition from home to classroom, ensuring children don’t just enrol in school but genuinely thrive once they’re there — building a strong academic foundation from the very beginning.
Parental Engagement & Awareness Programs
A child’s first teacher is always a parent. Our workshops and counselling sessions help families understand the vital role they play in their child’s early development. We create open, supportive spaces where parents gain practical tools to build enriching home environments, ask questions freely, and become active partners in their child’s education — because when parents are engaged and informed, children grow with far greater confidence and security.
Community-Based Education Support
Real change begins where people live. We work directly with Anganwadis and local communities to strengthen access to quality early childhood education from the ground up. By building trusted relationships with community members, educators, and local leaders, we help remove barriers to participation and improve learning environments. Every child deserves a strong educational foundation — and we’re committed to making that a community-wide reality, not a privilege for a few.
Distribution of Educational Resources
No child should miss school because they lack a uniform or a book. We provide essential learning materials — including uniforms, textbooks, and stationery — to children from economically weaker families, restoring their sense of dignity and belonging in the classroom. These contributions are small in cost but profound in impact, helping children show up with confidence, stay enrolled, and focus on what truly matters — learning and growing every single day.
Organizational Capacity Building
Our work is only as strong as the people and systems behind it. We invest deeply in strengthening our internal capabilities — equipping our team with advanced skills in fundraising, communication, program design, and impact measurement. By continuously improving how we operate, we ensure every initiative is delivered with greater efficiency, accountability, and heart. A well-equipped organisation doesn’t just do good work — it creates lasting, scalable change for the communities it serves.
Financial Inclusion for Women
Economic independence begins with access. We help women from Self-Help Groups connect with formal banking systems, open accounts, and access small business loans — removing the financial barriers that have long held them back. Whether launching a small enterprise or expanding an existing one, these women gain the resources and confidence to build something truly their own. Financial inclusion isn’t just about money — it’s about unlocking freedom, opportunity, and lasting dignity.
